Member Levels Active Any woman business owner conducting a business as a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, freelancer, contract service or product provider who is active in her business day-to-day.  This does not include individuals with a percentage of equity in a company but who are not responsible for overall management of the business. 5-Star Sustaining Any woman business owner whose company is five or more years old is eligible.  Supporting Any woman who is an employee of a company or an independent contractor and who has a primary association with a company that provides her a corporate image, space, letterhead, and/or corporate name, etc., and who is not responsible for the control or management of, or the overall profit and loss of the company's business.  Also, anyone who wants to further women in business.       Corporate A corporation that subscribes to the objectives of NEWBO and wishes to lend support through membership.       Educational An Educational organization that supports the mission and objectives of NEWBO and women business owners.
